Canceling an Order


View Order History and Tracking

You can view your order details directly from the Order & returns page of your account. 

From this page, you can manage the following:

  • Purchase and Return History: Review a complete log of your past transactions and processed returns at any time.
  • Receipts and Tracking: Review your official checkout receipts and check the tracking for upcoming deliveries.
  • Freestyle Returns and Exchanges: Request an exchange or return for any direct Stitch Fix Freestyle™ item, as long as it’s within 30 days of purchase. 

If you need to exchange an item in your Fix, you’ll make that request during the online checkout process.


Manage Your Kept Items

You can view all of your kept items directly from the Kept items page of your account.

Once there, you can complete the following actions:

  • Leave Freestyle Item Feedback:Select the three dots in the upper right corner of the item to share feedback. This information provides your Stylist with valuable data for future selections. 
  • Remove Kept Items: You can also use the three dot menu to remove items you no longer own, ensuring your digital wardrobe stays up to date.
