How do I contact Customer Service?
We're open 7 days a week. Once logged in, you can either click "Chat with us" at the bottom of this page or click the chat icon in the bottom right corner.
Alternatively you can:
- Text us via the iOS app—just head to the Help Center in the app and click "Message us" to start a conversation
- Email us by clicking "Email us" at the bottom of this page or writing into hello@stitchfix.com
I've emailed, but haven't heard back yet - Help!
Occasionally, we may experience higher volume extending our wait times. If that’s the case, we’ll get back to you as soon as we can!
