I can’t get to a post office right now—what should I do about my returns?
We’ve temporarily extended our try-on window to 10 days. Once you’ve received your Fix, please take your time trying your items on, decide what you plan to keep, and checkout for the pieces you love! We’ll send you a reminder when it’s time to send back any unpurchased items. We have also extended the returns window for all shop purchases. Please if you feel you will need more time than that.
I have a Fix that went to an address I do not have access to right now.
We completely understand that many or our clients' typical shipping locations have been disrupted with office, school and other closures. Please to let us know that your Fix is in a location you can’t get to. We’ll make sure you don’t get charged for the items, and can also help you get a Fix scheduled to an alternative address.
Why haven’t I received a shipping confirmation? My order is late.
Due to the impact of public health ordinances happening at local and state levels, and increased health and safety measures we’ve implemented at our distribution centers to protect employees, orders are shipping later in some cases. That said, we are actively working to fulfill orders, to get your Fix and Shop purchases to your doorstep as soon as possible! We appreciate your patience if you experience any delays at this time.

I think I am sick and am worried about my returns.
Your health and safety is the most important thing at this time. If you’re not feeling well, your returns shouldn’t be another thing to worry about. Please hold onto your returns for 10 days or until you’re able to safely recover. We will be here when all is well again!
I can’t use my Style Pass right now. Can you pause it?
We are happy to report that we’ll be extending all Style Pass memberships purchased before March 25th, 2020 for three months, regardless of the renewal date. We will send an email to our Style Pass users once this is complete!
Will my stylist still be available to style my Fix?
