How do I buy an item directly, outside of a Fix shipment?
Our U.S. Women’s and Men’s clients can now browse and buy previously-purchased styles in additional colors, prints or sizes directly from your My Items gallery. Filter to see what’s currently available for purchase by selecting the checkbox at the top left of the page. If an item has more variants available, click the image for options to buy. Note that inventory is limited and may change based on availability. Purchased items ship for free separately from your Fix delivery, with no styling fee.
If you haven’t kept any items from a Fix shipment yet, or if the items you have kept are not currently available in new colors, prints or sizes, you won’t see any items available for direct purchase.
Can I exchange or return an item I purchased directly?
Yes, we offer a standard 30-day return policy for all purchases, including items ordered directly from your My Items gallery. If an item you ordered from us doesn’t work out, please contact us and our Customer Service team will offer options to resolve your issue. Learn more about our return policy here: Returns.
