We understand it can be concerning to see a charge for an item you’ve already returned. Our system will automatically charge your payment method if your try-on window ends before your return is scanned by the carrier.
Don't worry—once we receive your returns, we’ll automatically refund your original payment method, as long as the items are within our 30-day return policy.
Tracking Your Returns
How you check the status depends on the return method you used.
If you used the included prepaid label:
- Locate the tracking number on your carrier drop-off receipt
- Enter the tracking number into the corresponding carrier's online tracker
If you don’t have your tracking number, please contact our Support team for additional help.
If you selected an alternate return method online:
- Navigate to your Orders & Returns page
- Locate your order to track your returns
Once your returns have been received at our fulfillment center, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process.
