When your Fix delivery arrives, you have 3 days to try everything on and see how your new pieces might pair with the styles currently in your closet. However, if you need more time to decide, you can extend your return date by a few more days.
How to Extend Your Checkout Deadline
If you need more time to decide on your items, you can request an extension:
- Log in to your Stitch Fix account
- Go to your Homepage or directly to your current Fix Checkout page.
- Look for the Extend Your Checkout link or button
- Either confirm the date we provide or select a date from the calendar that works for you
- Click to confirm the extension
If you need more time beyond what the calendar will allow, please reach out to our Support team.
Additional Information
If you have already checked out, you won’t see the option to extend your return window yourself. If you still need more time to send back your returns, please contact our Support team over chat, text or email for assistance.
