We want you to love everything you get from Stitch Fix. However if an item isn't quite right, we do our best to make returns simple and easy.

Items from a Fix

After you receive a Fix delivery, you have a 3-day window to decide what to keep and to send back the rest. 

• Try-On Extension: If you need more time to decide, you can request an extension from your homepage or Fix Checkout page.
• Purchased Items: If you decide to keep an item, but later change your mind, you have 30 days from the item purchase date to return it for a refund.

Items from Stitch Fix Freestyle™

For purchases made through Stitch Fix Freestyle™, you have 30 days from the item purchase date to return items for a refund.

Condition of Returns

All returned items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In their original condition
• Returned with all original tags attached
• For footwear and jewelry, please ensure they are returned in their original branded bags or boxes.

Note: If you’re within our return policy window, we’ll refund the original payment method used for the purchase.
