When you choose to keep your account open, even without scheduled deliveries, you unlock several great benefits:

  • Preserve your style history: We securely save your measurements, size history, and style preferences.  
  • Keep your Stylist aligned: If you decide to order a shipment in the future, your Stylist can look back at your history to find exactly what you love. 
  • Unlock continuous shopping: Your personalized Stitch Fix Freestyle™ shop stays open, allowing you to directly choose and buy individual items at any time.


Stopping Automatic Fix Deliveries

If you want to take a break from recurring shipments, you can pause or cancel your automatic delivery cadence. 

  • This simple adjustment switches your account to an on-demand schedule—so we only style a shipment when you manually request one.

Canceling a Single Upcoming Order

You have the flexibility to cancel an upcoming delivery directly from your account page up until the moment your Stylist begins personalizing your selections.

  • No Subscription Required: There’s no cost to keep an active account. Your Stitch Fix experience is totally up to you. We’ll only charge a styling fee if we start working on an upcoming Fix shipment.
