Rescheduling your Fix delivery
It’s easy to reschedule your Fix delivery date for any reason. Click here to reschedule your next order at least two weeks prior to the requested delivery date.
If you don’t see the option to reschedule your delivery, it’s likely that your Stylist is already working on it. If you still want to reschedule, please contact us.

Update Fix frequency
If you want to receive Fix deliveries more or less often, you can update your automatic delivery frequency to suit your needs here. Make changes anytime and choose the cadence that makes the most sense for you.

Canceling an on-demand Fix
If you’d like to cancel an on-demand shipment (and do not have automatic deliveries setup), you can cancel here. If you don’t see the option to cancel, it’s likely that a Stylist is already working on your order. If you contact us, we’ll cancel it if possible, or assist with another solution.
