You can now chat one-on-one with a real Stylist using our iOS app. Whether you need help with fit, want to explore trends, or need expert input on new pieces, your Stylist is ready to collaborate with you! They’ll also be able to send visual outfit ideas that include shoppable links!
Connecting Through our iOS App
Any time you need help with new trends or pieces, or wondering what to wear, follow these steps to connect with a Stylist:
- Open the iOS app
- Select the message icon in the upper left corner, next to the shopping bag icon
- Alternatively, you can select the Ask your Stylist banner on your home screen
- Once the messaging box is open, you’ll be able to select a topic through the provided options
- You can also type freely to start the conversation
Once you’ve sent your message, just sit tight! Your Stylist will get back to you within a couple of days.
