Can I browse and buy items, outside of a Fix shipment?
We’ve created a unique shopping experience personalized to you. Visit your Shop tab here to browse and buy personalized outfit and item recommendations. You can also rebuy your favorite items in new colors, patterns or sizes. Please note, if you’re new to Stitch Fix, and you don’t see the Shop tab after completing your style quiz, it will be available soon—we need a few days to fill up your digital closet.
As you shop with us and we continue to learn more about you, your Shop will continue to evolve to always show you the most personalized shopping experience. Personalized outfit and item suggestions change throughout the day, so don’t wait if you see something you like.
Here’s how to buy from your Shop:
- Trending for You - Discover and shop an array of trending looks, personalized for you. These picks are based on your profile, Style Shuffle responses and trending styles. Click on the image of the item to view more details, add to your bag and purchase.
- Complete your Looks - After you’ve purchased at least one item from us, you’ll be able to shop complete looks styled with your Stitch Fix purchases. Click on the image of the item you’re interested in purchasing to view more details, add to your bag and purchase.
- Categories - Find pieces curated by categories which are inspired by your profile and trending styles. Click the item image to view more details, add it to your bag and purchase.
- Buy It Again - Shop new colors, prints or sizes of any previously purchased items. Click the image to view product details, add it to your bag and purchase. Note that inventory is limited and may change based on availability.
- Shipping and returns are always free. These items will ship separately from your Fix delivery, with no styling fee.
Can I return an item from the Shop tab?
Yes, we offer a standard 30-day return policy for all purchases, including items ordered directly from your Shop tab. If an item you ordered from us doesn’t work out, please visit Your Items and you can initiate a return. Once you’ve initiated the return, simply affix the return label included in your package and send it back to us. If your order included a packing slip please include this with your return. Alternatively, if you have a Fix on the way, you can also return the item with your Fix returns. Return shipping is always free.
Can I exchange an item from the Shop tab?
To exchange a purchase from your Shop tab:
- Go to your Orders page.
- Click on the item you’d like to exchange.
- Inside the item, click "Exchange."
- Select the new size or color if available.
How does shipping work for Shop tab purchases?
- Shipping is always free with Stitch Fix!
- There’s no styling fee for Shop tab purchases.
- Items typically ship in 3-5 business days.
