How do I buy an item directly, outside of a Fix shipment?
Our U.S. Women’s and Men’s clients can now browse and buy previously-purchased styles in additional colors, prints or sizes directly from your Shop tab. Here's how:
- If an item has more variants available, click the image for options to buy. Note that inventory is limited and may change based on availability.
- Purchased items ship for free separately from your Fix delivery, with no styling fee.
You’ll only see items available for direct purchase if you’ve kept items from a previous Fix shipment and if those styles are available in new colors, prints or sizes.
Can I return an item from the Shop tab?
Yes, we offer a standard 30-day return policy for all purchases, including items ordered directly from your Shop tab. If an item you ordered from us doesn’t work out, use the label included with your delivery to send it back for a refund. Returned items must be unworn and still have their tags attached. There’s no need to contact us about the return—you’ll be automatically refunded once it’s processed at our warehouse. Can I exchange an item from the Shop tab?
We don’t offer exchanges on purchases from your Shop tab. If you want a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.
How does shipping work for Shop tab purchases?
- Shipping is always free with Stitch Fix!
- There’s no styling fee for Shop tab purchases.
- Items typically ship in 3-5 business days.
