After receiving your Fix delivery, you have 3 days to decide what you want to keep. After trying on your items, complete your checkout and then use the included return bag to send back any unwanted items. 


How to Return Your Items

Once you've decided what you're keeping, complete your online checkout. 

  1. Select Check out from the homepage of your account
  2. For each item, select either Return, Exchange or Keep
  3. Select Review your order and then select Submit order
  4. Choose the return shipping option that works best for you. You can either:
    • Use the included prepaid USPS label within your Fix shipment
    • Choose FedEx to either print a prepaid label or get a printerless QR code to ship it back
      • We’ll send you a follow-up email with return instructions

Regardless of the option you choose, use the envelope included in your Fix delivery to send back your items. 

After you drop off your returns, we’ll take care of the rest! You'll only hear from us if we haven't received your returns in a timely manner. 


Things to Keep in Mind

  • Condition of Return: Make sure any returned item is unworn and with all original packaging and tags. This includes any branded bags for footwear and boxes for jewelry.
  • No Return Envelope? If you no longer have your Fix return envelope or it’s missing, you can simply use your original Fix box or any other small box or envelope.
  • Need More Time? If you need more time to decide, you can extend your try-on window.
