Returning Items from a Fix

You have a few ways to return the unwanted items from your Fix:

  1. Select a FedEx Option During Checkout: When you check out for your Fix, you can choose a different shipping option.
    • Print a prepaid label to affix to your return package.
    • Get a printerless QR code to show at a FedEx location, and they'll print the label for you.
  2. Contact our Support team for a new USPS Label: If you prefer to ship with USPS, please contact us over chat, text or email
    • We’ll provide you a prepaid printable return label you can use on any box or envelope.


Returning Items from Freestyle

If you are returning an item purchased from Stitch Fix Freestyle™ and don't have a label:

  1. Start a Return Online: Log in to your Stitch Fix account and go to your Orders page.
  2. Select the Order: Locate the Freestyle order and follow the steps to Start a Return.
    • Select view details or return items and then Return or exchange 
  3. Choose Your Option: Select either the FedEx printable label or printerless QR code option 
    • If you prefer to ship with USPS, please contact our Support team.


Things to Keep in Mind

  • Packaging: You can use the envelope included in your Fix delivery, or your original Fix box, or any other small box or envelope to return your items.
  • Timeline: Please ensure your return is scanned and sent back to us within 30 days of your original delivery date to receive a full refund or complete an exchange.
