At this time, we do not offer an expedited or guaranteed faster shipping option for Fixes or Stitch Fix Freestyle™ purchases.


Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: All orders are shipped via standard ground service, and we aim to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
  • Delivery Estimates: Delivery times are generally estimated based on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, allowing you to monitor its progress.


Additional Tips

  • Scheduling Your Fix: If you need a Fix by a specific date, we recommend scheduling your delivery date at least 7–10 days in advance to allow adequate time for styling, shipping, and delivery. 
  • Freestyle Orders: If you have an urgent need for an item, our Freestyle shop is often a faster way to get immediate items. 
    • Note: Items that are almost out of stock will have an “Extended Delivery” label, stating that the low availability may delay order delivery or arrive 1-2 business days later than other items.
