Once your Fix or Freestyle order has shipped, we want tracking your package to be simple. We provide a tracking link for all deliveries so you can monitor its journey until it reaches your doorstep.


How to Find Your Tracking Number

There are two primary ways to find the tracking information for your order:

1. Via Email Confirmation

  • When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email to the address associated with the account.
  • This email will contain the tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's website where you can see the latest updates.

2. Through Your Stitch Fix Account

  1. Log in to your Stitch Fix account
  2. Locate the Fix or Freestyle order 
    • Fix: You’ll see the shipment directly on your homepage 
    • Freestyle Order: Go to the Orders page from your account menu
  3. Select Track, which will take you directly to our tracking page
    • From there, you can click the carrier’s tracking link to open the tracking in their website


Important Tracking Information

  • Time Lag: It may take up to 48 hours after you receive the shipping confirmation email for the tracking information to become active and update on the carrier's website.
  • Delivery Status: If the tracking shows your package has been delivered, but you haven't received it, please check all common areas (mailroom, porch, with neighbors) and for a proof of delivery photo before contacting our Support team for help.
