- For the most up-to-date delivery information, check the homepage of your account.
- Family Accounts: If you are checking the delivery date for a Kids Fix or another profile in your Family Account, be sure to switch to their profile in your Account menu first.
Additional Information
- Fix Progress: Navigate to the Fixes section of your account to learn more about where your Fix is at in the process.
- Tracking Details: We'll send you an email with the tracking information when your order ships.
- Reschedule: If you need to adjust the date after scheduling, you can select to edit next to the delivery date from your Fixes page. This option will be available until your Stylist begins working on your Fix.
