Your Fix Preview is designed to give you an opportunity to create your Fix with your Stylist. It’s also a great way to provide additional feedback on items before your Fix is shipped.

Leaving a request note for your Stylist helps inspire the recommendations included in your Fix preview! Sharing more about styles you’re looking for, what you have enough of, or any travel or upcoming occasions, can help refine the items included in your Fix Preview.
Feedback Matters
If you aren’t happy with any of the items in your preview, we recommend using the item feedback options to tell your Stylist why the items don't work for you. Your Stylist uses this feedback to style your Fix before it ships! You can also update any notes to send to your Stylist before submitting your preview.

Additional Information
- Online vs In Person: We understand that online shopping can be hard to tell how an item will fit. We have trained Stylists that analyze your Style Profile and feedback to send items that may push you outside of your comfort zone.
- We encourage you to try on all items once your Fix arrives. You never know if something you may not have picked online will become your new favorite item!
- Preview Recommendations: We’re regularly working to improve how and what styles we recommend. From time to time our algorithms may recommend something you wish to avoid or already have in your closet.
- We encourage you to decline these items, share specific item-level feedback with your Stylist who will put their magic touch to connect you with pieces you love in your final Fix selections.
