We understand that sometimes you might miss the 30-hour window to review your items. Don't worry—your Fix will still be styled and sent to you, and the items will still be personalized to your style and preferences!


What Happens Next?

  • Your Stylist Takes Over: If you miss your preview window, your dedicated Stylist will simply select the items that are the best fit for you based on your style preferences and purchase history.
  • Fix Still Ships: Your Fix will ship on time, with the best items chosen by your Stylist.
  • You Try Before You Buy: Once your Fix arrives, you have 3 days to try everything on and decide what to keep.


Additional Information

  • Notification Email: When your Fix Preview is ready you’ll receive an email notification letting you know. 
  • Providing Feedback: The most important thing you can do when you receive your Fix is to provide detailed feedback. This helps your Stylist and our algorithms learn for your future Fixes.
  • Fix Preview Availability: The Fix Preview experience is available for our Womens and Mens clients after receiving their first Fix.
