We offer flexible scheduling so you can receive Fixes whenever you want! When your schedule changes, you have the option to skip a single delivery or pause your deliveries. 


How to Skip a Single Fix

If you have a delivery scheduled, you can skip that single Fix without changing your overall Fix frequency.

  1. Log in to your Stitch Fix account
  2. Go to your homepage
  3. Select Skip Your Fix next to your scheduled delivery date
  4. Confirm your decision by selecting Skip this Fix 

This Fix will be removed from your calendar, but your next scheduled Fix will remain on track. If we’re already working on your upcoming shipment, reach out to our Support team for help.


How to Pause Your Deliveries

If you need a longer break, you can pause all future scheduled deliveries until a specified date.

  1. Log in to your Stitch Fix account
  2. Select your profile icon with your initial
  3. Select Fix Frequency from the menu
  4. Select Pause 
  5. Select the date you would like to unpause your Fixes and select Pause again

Your Fixes will automatically resume on the date you choose.
