Choosing automatic deliveries is a great way to receive Fixes on a regular schedule, bringing fresh style right to your door. You can easily reschedule or cancel your next shipment from your homepage.

If you'd rather not receive automatic deliveries, you can always manually schedule a Fix at your convenience.


Automatic Delivery Options

We offer different frequencies for automatic deliveries:

  • Womens and Mens Fixes: Every 2–3 weeks, every month, every other month, or every three months
  • Kids Fixes: Every month, every other month, or every three months


Setting Up Automatic Deliveries

You can set this up through your web browser or the Stitch Fix iOS app.

  1. Log in to your Stitch Fix account
  2. From your Fix specific homepage, select a date from the calendar
    • Web Browser: you’ll see a Fix tab in the upper left corner
    • iOS App Users: you’ll see a Fix tab at the bottom of your screen
  3. Select Schedule your Fix
  4. Review the pop-up and select your Fix frequency
  5. Select Save Fix Frequency


Additional Information

  • On-Demand Fixes: If you prefer scheduling Fixes one at a time, select "No Thanks" while reviewing the frequency pop-up. 
  • Family Accounts: To avoid confusion, ensure you are on the correct profile when setting up deliveries.
  • In Progress Fix: Setting up automatic deliveries won't change the date of any Fix you currently have in progress. The new frequency applies only to subsequent Fixes.
  • Future Fixes: You can always see when your next shipment is arriving on your homepage.
