How to Verify Your Eligibility
The ID.me verification happens when you sign up. The process is currently only available via desktop and mobile web:
- During the onboarding process, select the Verify with ID.me button.
- You will be routed to the ID.me sign-in flow where you will successfully verify your eligibility.
- Once confirmed with ID.me, you are automatically routed back to Stitch Fix.
Additional Information
- Expiration: The sign-up promotional offer is valid for 90 days following verification with ID.me.
- Discount Applied at Checkout: You will see a unique discount line (e.g., "Teacher discount: 20%") automatically applied at checkout.
- Lost Promotion: If your first Fix has a $0 checkout (you decided to keep nothing), the waived styling fee and the promotional discount will be lost and not rolled over to your next Fix.
