We know you want to make sure you get the most out of your referral credit! There are a few reasons why your credit balance might have changed.
Your Credit Was Used for a Purchase
Account credit is always applied automatically to your next styling fee or purchase.
- Styling Fee: Your credit is first used to cover the styling fee for any upcoming Fixes.
- If you only see $5 of credit remaining, that means we used $20 of your credit to cover the styling fee instead of charging your saved payment method.
- This credit will be applied to whatever you purchase at checkout, along with the remaining $5.
- Family Accounts: Family accounts share one referral link, and any available credit will go to the next purchase or styling fee. So if you’re not seeing your full credit amount, it may have been automatically applied to another profile on your account.
You can always view your current credit balance in your Account Settings.
The Referral Transaction Hasn’t Been Completed
Referral credit is added to your account after the person you referred completes their first transaction (either purchasing an item from their first Fix or making a first purchase from Freestyle).
- Once complete, the credit should appear on your account within 24 hours of their successful purchase.
