How to Get Credit Applied

If your friend created an account without using your link, they can contact our Support team and provide the following information:

• Your full name (the referrer)
• Your email address—the one associated with your Stitch Fix account

Our team will add you as the referrer and ensure that the necessary credits are given. Alternatively, you can reach out to our Support team and provide us with their information. 

Important: When Credit Is Applied

Referral credit is applied to your account after the person you referred completes their first transaction (either purchasing an item from their first Fix or making a first purchase from Freestyle).
