Referral credit is a great way to save on your Fix and Freestyle purchases!
How to Check Your Referral Status and Credit Balance
- Log in to your Stitch Fix account
- Select Refer & get $25
- iOS app users: Select your profile icon with your initial and then Credit & refer friends
- Check the Referral history section at the bottom of the page to see a list of people you’ve referred
- Signed up: A check mark will appear
- Credit applied: A dollar sign will appear
You’ll also see your current credit balance and the number of people you’ve referred.
When Referral Credit Is Applied
Referral credit is added to your account after the person you referred completes their first transaction (either purchasing an item from their first Fix or making a first purchase from Freestyle).
- If the referred client completes their transaction successfully, the credit should appear on your account within 24 hours.

- Referral Link: You can find and share your unique referral link on your Referrals page.
- Expiration: Referral credits have no expiration date and can be used toward any purchase, including the styling fee.
