You can quickly update your payment information from your account to ensure we’re charging your preferred method.
Updating Your Payment Method
- Log in to your Stitch Fix account
- Select the profile icon with your initial
- Select Account Settingsfrom the menu
- iOS App Users: Select Account info
- Select Edit payment info
- Select your preferred method and enter your updated payment information
- Select Save
Once you select Save, your payment information will be updated right away, and you'll be set for your next purchase.
Additional Information
- Family Accounts: All profiles on your family account share the same saved payment method, so updating the payment method on one profile will update it for all members. You can only have one payment method saved at a time.
- Shipping Address: If you are updating your shipping address, you will also be prompted to update your payment information for account security purposes.
