Shipping and Delivery
Once purchased, physical gift cards typically ship within 24 hours of the order being placed.
- Gift cards are expected to be delivered within 5–10 business days via standard mail.
- If you require confirmed delivery or tracking information, please reach out to our Support team.
If Your Gift Card Is Lost
If you suspect your physical gift card has been lost or has not arrived within the expected delivery window, contact our Support team over chat, text or email immediately to investigate the status of your order.
- As a backup, our team can send a PDF copy of the gift card containing the necessary redemption code to you via email.
