We strive to offer great value to our clients, and we are happy to assist with price adjustments under certain conditions. We offer two types of price matching:
1. Stitch Fix Markdowns
We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item you purchased is marked down on the Stitch Fix website or app within seven days of your original purchase or delivery date.
- Eligibility: The item must have been purchased at the original retail price and not with a discount, promo code, or during a special sale.
- How to Request: If your recently purchased item meets the criteria, please contact our Support team over chat, text or email within the 7 day window with the order number and item name.
2. Price Matching Another Retailer
If you find an identical item from another retailer at a lower price than what we’re offering, we will honor the lower price if the item meets our eligibility.
- Eligibility:
- It’s within 7 days of your delivery or purchase date
- The item is identical (same brand, style, size, and color/wash) to the one you purchased from us
- The item is in stock on the other retailer's website at the time of the request
- The lower price is not because of a conditional or promotional sale
- How to Request: To request an external price match, please contact our Support team and provide a direct link to the external retailer's product page showing the lower price.
How Refunds Are Issued
For all approved price adjustments, we will process the refund for the difference back to your original payment method.
