If you have an outstanding balance on your account, you will either see a prompt to contact our Support team  or a notification with a link to resolve the payment on your homepage.


Contacting our Support Team 

If you’re being instructed to contact our Support team, please first ensure your payment method is up to date and is ready to be charged. We’ll then be able to successfully process the outstanding balance for you. 

To update your payment information: 

  1. Log in to your Stitch Fix account
  2. Select the profile icon with your initial
  3. Select Account Settings from the menu
  4. Select Edit payment info in the Payment section
  5. Enter your updated payment information
  6. Select Save

Once you select Save, your payment information will be updated right away, and you'll be set for your next purchase.


Paying Your Balance

If you’re homepage shows the option to pay your own balance: 

  1. Select Checkout now
  2. Review your order and the payment method.
    • If needed, select Use a different payment method to update your information before proceeding 
  3. Once ready, select Submit order


Additional Information

  • If you have a Family Account, all outstanding balances will need to be paid across all profiles before Fix deliveries can resume.
