Redeeming your gift card will ensure the value is automatically applied to your next Fix styling fee, Fix, or Stitch Fix Freestyle™ purchase.


Redeeming Your Gift Card Directly at Checkout

You can enter your gift card's unique code during the checkout process for a Fix or Freestyle purchase.

  1. Select Check out 
  2. On the Review order page, select Redeem a gift card
    • This option is located under the Payment method section
  3. Enter the gift card's unique code
    • For Retail Gift Cards: If your gift card was purchased from a retail store, it will have a scratch-off PIN on the back. Enter it when prompted.
  4. The value of the gift card will then be automatically applied to your total 
    • You can verify the adjustment in the Order summary section of your checkout screen 
  5. Select Submit order to complete your checkout 


Redeeming Your Gift Card onto Your Account

You can also redeem your gift card onto your account at any time, so it’s already available for your next purchase.

  1. Once logged in, select your profile icon with your initial
  2. Select Account Settingsfrom the menu
    • iOS App Users: select Gift cards (Move to step 4)
  3. Select View credit history and then select Or, redeem a gift code
  4. Select Redeem a gift card 
  5. Enter the gift card code on the dedicated redemption page and select Redeem
    • The value will automatically be added to your account credit and applied to your next purchase

For Retail Gift Cards: If your gift card was purchased from a retail store, it will have a scratch-off PIN on the back. A field for the PIN will appear when you start typing the gift card number.


Additional Information

  • Checking Your Balance: You can check your total credit balance anytime on your Account Credit page via a web browser.
  • Family Accounts: If you have a family account, any gift cards you add become shared family credit. This credit will be applied toward the next Fix styling fee, Fix purchase,  or Stitch Fix Freestyle™ purchase for any member on the account.
  • Payment Info: When setting up your account, we ask that you provide your preferred payment information just in case your purchase exceeds the value of your gift card. 
    • If you keep less than the gift card value, your saved payment method won’t be charged.
  • Need Help? If you are unable to read the PIN on a retail gift card, please contact our Support team over chat, text or email, and they can redeem your card for you.
