Passkeys are a safe and simple way to log into your account without using a password. They use your device's security, like a fingerprint, face scan, or PIN, to keep your account secure.
How to Set Up a Passkey
- Log in to your Stitch Fix account
- Select your profile icon with your initial
- Select Account Settings from the menu
- iOS app users: Select Password & security
- Select Manage Passkeys and then Add Passkey
- Confirm the setup using your device's security feature, like a fingerprint, face scan, or PIN
- The passkey is now stored securely on your device
How to Log In with a Passkey
- Go to the Stitch Fix website or iOS app
- Select the option to Log In with Passkey
- Use your device’s security (fingerprint, face, or PIN) to confirm it’s you.
- You’re signed in!
Additional Passkey Information
- Using on Other Devices: You can use services like iCloud Keychain or Google Password Manager to sync your passkeys across all your devices, as long as you are signed into the same account on those devices.
- Managing Passkeys: You can add up to 10 passkeys and manage them all from your Account.
- Lost Device: If you have syncing turned on, your passkeys will be on your new device when you sign in. If not, you can log in with a backup method (like email) and set up a new one.
- Shared Devices: It’s best to stick to regular logins on a shared device.
- Removing a Passkey: Every service provider has their own process for removing a passkey. In order to find instructions that fit yours, we recommend using a search engine to look up a step-by-step guide that outlines your service provider’s requirements.
