Having the most up-to-date email address is crucial to ensure you don’t miss out on important shipping notifications or checkout receipts. 

Update Your Email Address

To change your email address:

1. Log in to your Stitch Fix account
2. Select the profile icon with your initial
3. Select Account Settingsfrom the menu
   • iOS App Users: Select Account info
4. Select Edit info 
   • iOS App Users: Select Update email
5. Enter your new email address
6. Select Save
   • You'll see a confirmation banner that your account has been updated
7. Check your newly added email address to verify the update within 24 hours 
   • You'll receive an email to the address we now have on file to complete the verification process
