We're sorry to see you go! If you've decided that Stitch Fix is no longer the right fit for you, we can assist with deleting your account. Please know that account deletion means that all of your personal and identifiable information will be removed from our system.
However if you’re looking to simply stop receiving shipments, we can easily cancel your Fix frequency and leave your account active instead. It doesn’t cost anything to have an active account!
How to Request Account Deletion
- Contact our Support team: You can contact us through the available channels—chat, text or email.
- Our team will confirm your identity and the deletion request before proceeding
- iOS App Request: You can also request to permanently delete your account through our iOS app through the the following steps:
- From your account menu, select Help Center
- Select Permanently delete account
- Complete the form and select Request deletion
- From there, our Support team will support you through the rest of the process
Important Considerations
- Account Credit: Please note that any remaining non-refundable styling fees, referral credits, or gift card balances associated with your account cannot be transferred or refunded once the account is deleted.
- Family Accounts: If you have a Family Account, deleting a profile will not delete the entire Family Account.
- Freestyle Purchases: If you have recent purchases from Stitch Fix Freestyle or a Fix, please ensure all returns and refunds are completed before requesting account deletion.
- Receiving Fixes: You’ll need to create a new account in order to receive Fixes. However, if you’d prefer to keep your full item history with us, we can just cancel any upcoming shipments and leave it open!
