At this time, we can only support one shipping address per account. Fixes on family accounts will all be delivered to the address on file.
Managing Your Shipping Address
You can view your current shipping address and make any updates from your Account page.
- Log in to your Stitch Fix account
- Select the profile icon with your initial
- Select Account Settings from the menu
- iOS App Users: Select Account info
- Select Edit shipping info
- iOS App Users: Select Shipping address
- Enter your updated shipping address
- Select Save this address
Reminder: In order for your address to save, you will be required to re-enter your payment information as a second form of security.
Additional Information
- If you have a Family Account, all orders will use the primary account name for shipping labels.
- A note from the Stylist inside each box will be personalized to the family member receiving the Fix delivery.
