You can manage your email preferences and app notifications at any time. If you decide to stop receiving our marketing emails or push notifications, you'll still receive essential account updates like added referral credit, checkout receipts or updates on an upcoming delivery.


How to Manage Your Email Preferences

You have two ways to update your email settings:

  1. Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email
    • Look for the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of the email
  2. Manage your preferences from your Account page:
    1. Log in to your Stitch Fix account
    2. Select the profile icon with your initial
    3. Select Account info from the menu
      • iOS App Users: Select Notifications
    4. Toggle off Promotional emails

How to Manage Your iOS App Push Notification Preferences

To update your push notifications, you’ll need to directly update your settings through the iOS app. 

  1. Once in the app, Select the profile icon with your initial
  2. Select Notifications
  3. Either Toggle off all notification or select which notifications you no longer want to receive
