How to Get Started
To set up your account and receive your first Fix:
- Select the Sign Up option on StitchFix.com
- You can also select to sign in with Facebook, Google, or Apple
- Complete your Style Quiz
- This detailed quiz covers your size, fit preferences, style, lifestyle, and budget
- Your answers build the foundation for your personalized experience
- Order your first Fix
- You can choose to receive Fixes automatically on a regular schedule or select to order them on demand
- Add your shipping and billing information
- You can update this at any time from your Account page
What to Expect Next
- First Fix Perk: Your first Fix comes with a waived styling fee and a special discount, so you can try us out with no up front cost to you.
- Meet Your StyleFile: After completing your quiz, you'll gain access to your personalized StyleFile, a visual snapshot that captures your unique style personality for you and your Stylist.
- No Subscription Required: You are in control of your deliveries. You can order Fixes on demand or select from a schedule that works for you.
- Stitch Fix Freestyle™: Once you've completed your Style Profile and scheduled your first Fix, you will unlock access to your personalized Freestyle shop, which is an on-demand, direct-buy experience.
