Accessing Freestyle
To shop on Freestyle, you must first complete your Style Profile and schedule your first Fix. Once you’re all set, you can then take the following steps:
- Visit your Freestyle tab to browse and select items to purchase.
- If you see an item you like, select it to learn more.
- From there you can save it using the heart icon or add it to your bag for purchase.
- When you’re ready to complete your purchase, select the bag icon to review your order and submit your payment.

- Trending for You: These new, fresh styles are chosen based on your profile, Style Shuffle picks, and the latest trends.
- Be sure to check back frequently—your picks are always being updated!
- Complete Your Looks: We make it simple to get pieces that complement what you already own. You receive personalized outfit inspiration featuring the items you’ve purchased.
- Buy it Again: Freestyle is also the easiest way to rebuy your favorite items in new colors, patterns, or sizes.
- Note that inventory is limited and may change based on availability.
Additional Information
- When you add items you love to your Saved styles by selecting the heart icon, it gives your Stylist visibility to what’s catching your eye so they can further understand your style.
- Shipping and returns are always free with your Freestyle order. You’ll receive tracking information once your item ships.
