We understand it can be frustrating when the fit isn't quite right. Our Stylists and personalization algorithms work hard to select items that match your style, but perfecting your fit is a continuous process!

You have two powerful ways to ensure a better fit in your next Fix.

1. Update Your Style Profile

Your Style Profile is the foundation for every Fix. Your Stylist uses this information as the starting point for every selection, so it needs to be current.

Recommendation: Review your Style Profile regularly. Be sure all your measurements and size preferences are current, especially if you have had any changes in sizing or preference since your last Fix.

2. Leave Item-Specific Feedback at Checkout

The most effective time to tell us about fit is right after you try the items on!

When you check out your Fix, be specific about what went wrong with the fit of each piece you return:

  • Be Precise: Instead of saying "too small," tell us where it was small (e.g., "This blouse is too tight across the chest and shoulders").
  • Note the Preference: Clarify what you prefer (e.g., "These jeans are a high-rise fit, but I prefer a mid-rise cut").
  • Body Type Notes: In the checkout survey, you also have the opportunity to share details about your body shape, which helps us consider specific cuts and styles for future Fixes.

We are committed to getting to know your fit perfectly and use your detailed feedback to select items you absolutely love next time!
