You can edit your Fix request note from the moment your Fix is scheduled until the Stylist is about to start styling it. This is a great place to let your Stylist know which pieces are missing from your wardrobe, any upcoming events to dress for, or trends you have your eye on.
How to Add Your Note
To add your note:
- Navigate to the Fix section on the Web Browser
- Scroll down to the Any notes for your Stylist? section, just underneath where you’re able to edit your preferences
- Click into the text box and write a note
- Once finished, Select Save note
iOS App Users: From the Fixes page, you’ll select Write a note.
- You’ll then have the option to either use our AI Assistant to help write your note or select I’ll write my own note
- Once you’ve complete, select Send to my stylist
How to Update Your Note
To edit or update your note:
- Navigate to the Fix section on the website or in the app
- Scroll down to the Your note to your Stylist section just underneath editing your preferences
- Select the pencil icon
- Update your note and select Save note
iOS App Users: Once selecting the pencil icon, you’ll take the following steps:
- Select Not quite right, which allows you to engage with the Guided Note Assist feature
- To edit the note yourself, select I’ll edit the note myself
- Once you’ve completed your update, select Send to my Stylist

If you miss the opportunity to leave a note or choose not to, your Stylist will use your Style Profile, Freestyle purchases and likes, as well as your past Fixes to curate a personalized shipment.
