Themed Fixes are a great way to get just-for-you pieces when you're looking for specific styles, such as outfits for a special event or season. You pick the moment—we do the rest.
Scheduling Your Themed Fix
- Select a Themed Fix from the homepage of your account
- To include a Freestyle item from the themed options presented, Select Add to your Fixunderneath the chosen item
- This step is optional
- Review your automatically set delivery date
- The delivery date cannot be changed
- Select Schedule your Fix to confirm
Once confirmed, you'll receive an email. You can always check the progress of your Fix from the homepage of your account on the Fixes tab.
Additional Information
A Themed Fix has the same features as a regular Fix. These include:
- The option to leave a request note for your Stylist
- The same $20 styling fee that is credited toward any items you keep
- The opportunity to complete a Fix Preview
- The 20% Fix discount when you keep five or more items
- Free shipping and returns
