The Fix is our signature service, offering a personalized selection of items delivered straight to your door. It’s an easy way to get fresh styles based on your preferences.


Getting Started

  1. Take Your Style Quiz: Build your Style Profile by telling us about your style, size, and budget. The better we understand your style, the easier it is for your Stylist to find exactly what you'll love.
  2. Match with your Stylist: You'll be matched with a human Stylist. You can let your Stylist know what you want via a Fix request note, which is available for every shipment.
  3. Receive Your Fix: Your Fix will be sent straight to your door. Shipping and returns are always free.


The Cost and Discounts

  • First Fix: You can try your first Fix with no upfront cost! You'll get a waived styling fee and $20 off your checkout.
  • Styling Fee: After your first Fix, there is a $20 styling fee per shipment. This fee is then automatically applied toward your checkout to help pay for any items you decide to keep in that specific order.
    • This charge usually occurs about two weeks before your Fix delivery date.
    • The styling fee is non-refundable and cannot be rolled over to your next delivery or transferred to another person.
  • Fix Discount: If you keep five or more items in your Fix delivery, you'll receive a 20% discount on your entire purchase.
    • For our Kids Fixes, you’ll receive the Fix discount if you keep the entire order.


Frequency and Stylist Notes

You can choose to receive Fixes on an automatic schedule or order them on demand.

  • Automatic Deliveries: You can opt in to receive your Fixes every 2–3 weeks, every month, every other month, or every three months.
  • On-Demand: If you prefer, you can order a Fix whenever you're looking for a wardrobe refresh.
  • Request Note: You can leave a note for your Stylist when you have an upcoming Fix scheduled. You can view, edit, or add to your note directly on your homepage.


Ways to Get Your Best Fix

Your Stylist gets to know your style even better with each order based on the items that have (and haven't) worked for you. To ensure your selections are the best possible match, we recommend:

  • Keeping your Style Profile up to date
  • Leaving a Fix request note when you’re looking for something in particular
  • Giving detailed feedback on the items in each Fix
