How do I jumpstart a Fix with Freestyle?
If you see a Freestyle item you love, and it’s available for this option, you’ll see the option to “Get it in a Fix.” Simply click the button. You’ll then have a chance to review your item and confirm your newly scheduled Fix. While you won’t receive a Fix Preview with this option, your Stylist will send you complementary pieces to go with the item.
I tried to jumpstart a Fix with a Freestyle item but it wouldn’t let me change the Fix delivery date.
At this time, we’re not able to provide you the option to adjust your delivery date for a Fix started with a piece you chose. It will be automatically scheduled for the next available date, usually 7-10 days from when you selected the item.
What else will you include in my Fix?
Your Fix is guaranteed to include your selected item and other complementary styles chosen by your Stylist. They’ll also include additional pieces based on your request note—so let them know if you have something specific in mind!
How is this Fix different from my regular Fix?
If you start a Fix with a certain item, your Fix will include that item and your Stylist will select the rest. In a regular Fix, all items are selected for you by a Stylist and you’ll get a chance to preview your Fix before it ships.
I have an item that I want in my next Fix but I don’t see the option to “Get it in a Fix”.
Unfortunately certain items in our inventory may not be available to select due to their popularity or inventory status. This option also isn’t available if -
- You currently have a Fix and have extended your return date
- Your automatic Fix frequency is currently paused
- You have a current Fix in progress
However, you'll see the “Get it in a Fix” option as soon as your return’s tracking has registered, your Fix frequency is unpaused or your current Fix is complete.
Can I still give input or leave notes for my Stylist?
Yes! You can ask for complementary pieces, an outfit, or any other special requests in a note to your Stylist.
Can I still swap or reject items before my Fix ships? Will I get a Fix preview?
At this time, we’re not able to provide a Fix preview or swap pieces for a Fix started with a piece you chose.
Can I still return the selected item or anything else from my Fix?
Absolutely. The return process is the same as any other Fix.
Can I reserve items on sale to start my Fix? What happens if the sale ends before I have the chance to check out?
You will receive the sale price stated when you start your Fix. If the price is lower when you checkout, you will receive the lower price.
