Please go to this link and follow the instructions for resetting your password. We’ll ask for your account email address and then proceed with asking for a new password.


How to Change Your Password While Logged In

  1. Select the profile icon with your initial
  2. Select Account Settings
    • iOS app Users: select Password & security
  3. Select Changepassword
    • iOS app Users: select Update password
  4. Type in a new password and then confirm it
  5. Select Change password
    • iOS app Users: select Save


I Accidentally Made More Than One Account

Stitch Fix is a personalized styling service and the best way to maximize our offerings is by placing all orders through the same account. This also helps avoid any confusion! 

If you discover that you have accidentally created two accounts, contact our Support team over chat, text or email. We’ll make sure all orders and any account credit is under a single account with your preferred email address.


It Says My Email Address Is Already Taken

Occasionally, a glitch in our system causes new users to receive an error saying their email has already been taken. 

If you’re unsure whether you have an account, first try entering your email address and resetting your password.
