If your shipment does not contain a prepaid return label or it’s damaged, you have the option to ship your unwanted item(s) back to us via FedEx with a prepaid label or a printerless QR code. Simply checkout for your Fix or manage your Freestyle order from Orders & Returns page to select your return option. If you’d prefer another USPS label, directly contact Customer Service.
