After you’ve scheduled your Fix, you will have the option to preview a selection of 10 items curated just for you based on your style and Fix history.
We’ll send an email your way, letting you know when your preview is available. You’ll have 30 hours to select items that will be included in your Fix.
Want to replace a few of the items in your Fix before it ships?
That’s okay. You’ll be able to decline a few or all of the items in your preview and have your stylist select new items for you.
Here are a few things to keep in mind about Fix Preview:
- You’ll be unable to extend your Fix Preview time window.
- Color or sizing swaps aren’t currently allowed on Fix Preview items. To make sure your sizing is correct, visit your profile and ensure your information is up-to-date.
- After your Fix Preview selections have been submitted, you’ll be unable to make any changes. But, you can always contact us to schedule a new Fix with a brand new preview.
- You will have the opportunity to leave feedback on all items in your preview. This feedback helps your stylist pick items for your next Fix.
