Where can I review purchases and refunds?
To review your Fix & Stitch Fix Freestyle purchases or to receive answers about any charges visit your Orders & Returns page. Your Orders & Returns page will show you a record of all the items you’ve received since 2016.
Click “View details” to view your original receipt, as well as any additional transactions. You’ll see a complete record of your charges, discounts, and refunds, as well as how the Fix styling fee was applied, if paid up front.
How does the Buy All discount work?
If you choose to keep five or more items in your Fix delivery, you’ll receive a 25% discount on your entire purchase. Keep your entire Kids Fix to receive 25% off your order. If you change your mind about an item at a later date and decide to make a return, your refund may be adjusted to remove the discount.
