How do I contact Customer Service?

Chat with us using the chat icon in the bottom right corner of the help center. Our team answers inquiries 7 days a week and is available to live chat 7 a.m. - 10 p.m. CST. We aim to answer all email inquiries within 48 hours.


It's been more than 48 hours and I still haven’t received a reply from customer support — HELP!

Occasionally, we may experience higher volume extending our wait times. If that’s the case, we’ll get back to you as soon as we can! Otherwise, double check your spam folder (and make sure you add hello@stitchfix.com to your address book so that you receive future emails). 

If you are a Gmail user, please look in the promotions tab of your inbox, drag the email into the primary tab and click "Yes" to ensure all future emails show up in your inbox.
