Reschedule or cancel a shipment

Can I reschedule my shipment?

You can reschedule a shipment from your My Fix page up until about two weeks before your requested delivery date.

From a web browser:

  • Go to your My Fix page
  • Click “Reschedule this Fix” 

From the Stitch Fix iPhone app:

  • Go to your My Fix tab
  • Select "Change your Fix schedule"
  • Choose a date from the calendar
  • Touch "Save"

When rescheduling your shipment, the dates shown on the calendar represent the earliest available dates we anticipate having inventory that matches your individual style and size preferences. If your shipment is fewer than two weeks away, you can contact us and we'll reschedule your shipment if possible.

 

Can I cancel my shipment?

If you aren't signed up for automatic deliveries, you can cancel a shipment directly from your My Fix page. If you're signed up for automatic deliveries, please visit our article About automatic deliveries for instructions on how to cancel an order. 

From a web browser:

  • Go to your My Fix page
  • Click “Cancel this Fix” 

From the Stitch Fix iPhone app:

  • Go to your My Fix tab
  • Select "Change your Fix schedule"
  • Tap "Skip or cancel your Fix"

You can cancel a Fix until approximately two weeks prior to the day your shipment is scheduled to arrive. Within two weeks of your delivery date, you'll need to contact us and we’ll stop your shipment if possible.
