Reschedule or cancel a shipment

Can I reschedule my shipment?

You can reschedule a shipment from your home page up until about two weeks before your requested delivery date. If you have a family account, make sure you’re on the profile of the person whose delivery you’d like to reschedule.

From a web browser:

  • Go to your home page.
  • Click “Reschedule this Fix”

From the Stitch Fix iPhone app:

  • Go to the home tab.
  • Tap on the date of your next Fix.
  • Choose a date from the calendar.
  • Press "Save"

When rescheduling your shipment, the dates shown on the calendar represent the earliest available dates we anticipate having inventory that matches your individual style and size preferences. If your shipment is fewer than two weeks away, you can contact us and we'll reschedule your shipment if possible.

 

Can I cancel my shipment?

If you aren't signed up for automatic deliveries, you can cancel a shipment from your home page, or the home page of your kid’s profile if you have a family account. If you have a family account and need to cancel a shipment for an individual on the account, make sure you’re on the correct profile first. From a web browser:

  • Go to your home page.
  • Click “Cancel this Fix”

From the Stitch Fix iPhone app:

  • Go to the home tab.
  • Tap on the date your Fix is scheduled to arrive.
  • Choose "Skip or cancel your Fix"

You can cancel a Fix until approximately two weeks prior to the day your shipment is scheduled to arrive. If it’s within two weeks of your delivery date, you'll need to contact us and we’ll stop your shipment if possible.
